To provide Managers, Reception Staff, Meet and Greet Hosts and Hostesses to West Ham United when they moved to London Stadium in 2016.
West Ham United Football Club is an English professional football club based in Stratford, East London. They compete in the Premier League, the top tier of English football. The club play at the London Stadium, having moved from their former home the Boleyn Ground in 2016.
The new Hospitality Director had worked with Aesthetics at Arsenal FC therefore when embarking on this new challenge Aesthetics were the natural choice as it was deemed that they could provide a high standard of service and staffing with only a two-week turnaround. Aesthetics hit the ground running and have proved their capabilities and are now enjoying their 8th season with the club.
Aesthetics attend the management meeting prior to opening, then brief the staff on the operations of the day. All staff check the restaurant set up using skipster, advise the caterers of any changes, set-up reception and lay out programmes for all dining guests. All guests are met with a smile and walked to their table explaining the format of the day and any other key information before handing over to the catering team. The guests are updated throughout the event until they are given a friendly departure. Exceeding customer expectations is the key to making each event a success.
