To supply a team of over 100 experienced local team leaders and hosts/hostesses to assist with the delivery of this annual event held over 7 days.
The aim of the Department of health is to improve the health and well-being of people in England. The key objective of the event are to showcase innovative projects, share learning and provide opportunities for one on one sessions with health and social care experts. The event also aims to inspire frontline staff to use their experience and expertise to champion new NHS live projects.
NHS live employs staff to manage breakout rooms, registration, cloakroom, goody bag distribution, executive rooms, speaker areas, VIP, auditorium loading, booth hostesses, information, Q&A, masterclass booking desk, badge scanning, special needs assistance, interactive areas and arrival and departures.
Aesthetics supply staff to work at ExCel on a regular basis with the NHS being a client since 1998 employing staff at various locations across the UK which include conferences, roadshows and exhibitions.
