To source and manage a team of 30 uniformed staff including 1 manager to oversee the match day operations.
Fulham Football Club is a professional association football club based in Fulham, London. Founded in 1879, they are the oldest football club from London to play in the Football League. The club has spent 26 seasons in English football’s top division, the majority of these in two spells during the 1960s and 2000s.
In 2018 (after being promoted back to the premier league) and after a competitive tender process, Aesthetics were awarded the contract to supply staff. The club had a team of staff that had worked with them for many years and Aesthetics were asked to employ a select few to add to their own team of professional hosts and hostesses.
To ensure consistency all staff were asked to participate in an online training programme compiled by Aesthetics which educated the team on Fulham’s history, vision, key personnel and hospitality offerings. In addition, all staff were required to complete the Aesthetics’ ‘excellence’ programme which is customer service series of training modules that all staff working in a hospitality environment must complete prior to their first day of work. Consistency in knowledge, attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and presentation was key. We are now entering into our 5th season which bears testament to our delivery.
