To provide a team of up to 200 staff to host the entire club level and provide the external ‘fan information’ team at Emirates Stadium for each home fixture. We were also tasked to provide a team of 8 high-level multi-lingual and educated staff to represent Arsenal in the exclusive Diamond Club for each football season.
Diamond Club was designed to be the finest place to watch football. The ultra-exclusive luxury suite is regarded as the most prestigious destination in sport and is now selectively available for those seeking uniquely refined events.
In 2010 with a lead time of 6 weeks Aesthetics main challenge was to recruit a team of staff that could work at the majority of games at the Emirates Stadium in London. Consistency and experience of working with International VIP guests and fans was key to the selection process.
During this time we also interviewed over 60 staff that had worked at the stadium in previous years and offered positions to quite a few successful candidates. In total over 160 staff were recruited to ensure that we had a dedicated team to service all the premiership, champions league and FA matches throughout the season.
All staff attend two days hospitality and Arsenalisation training per season at the ‘h academy’ which is a centre of excellence for staff training.
Aesthetics also bought in their favourite clothing designer to create a uniform that reflected the Arsenal brand and complemented the newly refurbished hospitality areas. We are pleased to say that the reception that we have had from fans and guests alike has been fantastic and we are looking forward to more successful seasons with the ‘Gunner’s.
